Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and RxLogix solutions.

Project Planning and Delivery:

  • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure project scope, timelines, and deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage changes via Change Controls.

Client Needs Assessment and Solution Design:

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and challenges.
  • Partner with pre-sales to design tailored solutions leveraging RxLogix's drug safety platform.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet client requirements and drive measurable business value.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews assessing performance, satisfaction, and future opportunities.
  • Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to improve client systems and processes.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Guide and manage internal delivery teams to meet project objectives.
  • Mentor team members to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving team culture.

Product Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Provide structured feedback to product teams based on client experiences.
  • Log client suggestions and enhancement requests in the company JIRA portal.

Business Development and Upselling:

  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Client Partner to communicate and implement upselling initiatives.
