Team Engagement Lead

Role Overview

As our Team Engagement Lead, you will play a vital role in nurturing a strong workplace culture, supporting team performance, and aligning departments with company goals. You will also work closely with the Founders’ office on specific strategic projects and help drive overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.

• Review and support team performance through regular feedback and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the Founders’ office on important projects and initiatives.

• Align different departments to achieve company-wide objectives.

• Plan and coordinate team-building activities, engagement programs, and cultural initiatives.

• Act as a bridge between leadership and team members to ensure smooth communication.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or related roles.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and foster collaboration.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams.

• Experience in EdTech or startup environments is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
