Job Title: Team Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Team Coordinator to support daily team operations and ensure smooth coordination between management and staff. The candidate will assist in task tracking, reporting, and internal communication within the IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and activities of the team
  • Monitor work progress and prepare basic reports
  • Act as a point of contact between team members and management
  • Maintain records, documentation, and attendance
  • Support project execution and follow-ups
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (IT background preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an IT company
  • Must have prior experience as a Team Leader or Team Manager
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
