Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support multi-site operations through effective coordination, MIS reporting, and record management. The role requires strong leadership, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage operational data across different project locations.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to operations, manpower, and site activities

· Coordinate with multiple site locations to track daily work progress and operational updates

· Maintain and monitor vehicle movement logs and fuel consumption records

· Track and update work records, attendance, and productivity reports

· Ensure timely follow-ups with site teams, vendors, and internal departments

· Support planning and execution of operational activities through effective coordination

· Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across all reports

· Assist management with data analysis and operational insights as required

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation

· Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

· Ability to manage and track data from multiple sites simultaneously

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting tools

· Strong leadership and team-handling abilities

· High attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification

Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Any Graduate with strong coordination and leadership skills may also apply

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in operations, project coordination, or site coordination roles

· Exposure to fleet/vehicle tracking and fuel management is an added advantage

· Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
