Job Description

The UP Project Supervisor / Liaising Officer will be responsible for managing liaison activities with Government departments while overseeing operational coordination and team management across multiple project locations in Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on tender-related documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with Government and Semi-Government departments for project coordination and operational matters.
  • Coordinate with departments for legal documentation, approvals, permissions, and signing of official documents.
  • Attend meetings with concerned Government authorities to close pending issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and provide daily updates on operational activities across all project cities.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and manage on-ground teams at multiple locations.
  • Share required information with stakeholders and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel frequently to project locations across Uttar Pradesh as per business requirements.

Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 3–8 years of relevant experience in operations, team handling, and liaising with Government departments.
  • Proven experience in managing site teams and coordinating multi-city operations is preferred.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Professional and presentable personality.
  • Prior experience working with Government departments is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Government procedures, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
