Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Attend client meetings arranged by the sales team and

  present The Team Ex's offerings

  with confidence.
• Understand client objectives and design

  tailored gamified solutions

  .
• Build strong client relationships and

  close deals

  for team-building activities.

• Design new activities

  every month to add to our portfolio of service offerings.

Client Servicing & Project Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after activities.
• Develop

  project plans, timelines, and budgets

  for all activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, facilitators, and vendors for smooth delivery.
• Handle logistics and ensure all materials and resources are ready for execution.

On-Ground Emceeing & Facilitation

• Lead and emcee

  high-energy team-building sessions

  .
• Motivate and engage participantsfrom

  CXOs and employees to students and families

  .
• Manage the flow of activities, keeping participants energized, involved, and enjoying the experience.
• Address challenges with quick thinking and a positive approach.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 3+ years in facilitation, L&D, public speaking, or similar roles.

• Personality:

  Energetic, confident, and comfortable addressing large and diverse groups.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation abilities.

• Creativity:

  Ability to

  design innovative games and activities

  tailored to different audiences.

• Client Handling:

  Skilled at engaging CXOs, top management, and diverse client groups.

• Problem Solving:

  Calm under pressure, capable of handling on-ground challenges efficiently.
