Your work will have a direct impact on ensuring compliance with international regulations and supporting the company's growth and success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons screening in Bridger, the enterprise screening tool. - Perform enhanced due diligence research to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with various teams to investigate and resolve potential sanctions matches. - Meet established Compliance & Control goals by ensuring timely reporting and escalation of significant issues. - Demonstrate strong flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy. - Maintain organization and focus on seamless process delivery with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on controls and compliance. - Exhibit a strong ability to learn on the job and continuously improve. **Qualifications:** - Possess keen attention to detail in investigation, analysis, and documentation. - Demonstrate proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in computer and internet research. - Effective communication and excellent writing skills. - Ability to manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously. - Hold a Graduate / Post Graduate degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
