Job Description

Role Overview: As an intern at CipherSchools, you will be responsible for conducting interactive in-person sessions to teach DSA concepts and problem-solving strategies. Your role will involve designing and delivering lectures on data structures, algorithms, and coding techniques essential for technical interviews and foundational problem-solving. Additionally, you will create and manage coding exercises, assignments, and mini-assessments to enhance students" comprehension of DSA. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interactive in-person sessions to teach DSA concepts and problem-solving strategies - Design and deliver lectures on data structures, algorithms, and coding techniques - Create and manage coding exercises, assignments, and mini-assessments - Provide personalized feedback and guidance to assist students in improving their approach, logic, and code efficiency - Teach students how to analyze problems, implement optimal solutions, and prepare for interview scenarios - Stay updated with the latest interview trends and common DSA questions - Evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and practice questions - Collaborate with other mentors to develop and refine a structured, industry-relevant DSA curriculum Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to students - Passion for teaching and mentoring - Knowledge of interview trends and common DSA questions (Note: Any additional details of the company are not included in the provided job description),
