Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant at Vidydhra School, you will have the opportunity to inspire and make an impact on young minds by assisting in teaching primary, upper primary, and high school levels. Your role will involve developing content and Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs), designing and executing co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, as well as carrying out administration tasks assigned by the management. Qualifications Required: - Keen interest in teaching young students. - Proficiency in the subjects of your interest with a passion for exploring them deeper. - Good communication skills to interact with young beneficiaries, peers, and parents of students. - Willingness to learn about child psychology, learning styles, and their relation to child development. - Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong interest in social issues. - Adaptability to manage new situations and work comfortably with limited supervision.
