Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant at our company, located in Kanayannur, you will be responsible for supporting the lead teacher in lesson preparation, engaging with students individually or in groups, managing classroom activities, and creating a positive learning environment. Your role will also involve assisting in maintaining educational records and collaborating with fellow educators to ensure an effective teaching process. Key Responsibilities: - Support the lead teacher in lesson preparation - Engage with students individually or in groups - Manage classroom activities - Create a positive learning environment - Assist in maintaining educational records - Collaborate with fellow educators Qualifications: - Proficiency in Assistant Teaching and Education methodologies - Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff - Knowledge of Mathematics and the ability to support basic to advanced levels - Experience or enthusiasm for Working With Children in an educational setting - Ability to assist in preparing and organizing lesson plans and materials - Patience, adaptability, and a supportive approach to education - Bachelors degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in similar roles is a plus,
