Teacher Trainer (Online)

Instrucko, a global leader in premium live online education, is looking for an experienced Teacher Trainer to join our growing team on a freelance, contract basis.

Role: Online Teacher Trainer

Job Type: Contract-Based | Freelance

Location: Remote

Experience: Min. 2–3 years in Teacher Training (online and/or school-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teacher training sessions for instrucko’s educators.
• Simplify and explain academic concepts and teaching strategies clearly
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve teaching quality
• Deliver training workshops for school teachers.
• Support in developing training content, rubrics, and performance checklists
• Ensure alignment with instrucko’s pedagogy and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in teacher training or instructional coaching (EdTech or school-based)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of pedagogical methods and learning styles
• Comfortable using digital tools and delivering sessions virtually
• Self-driven, organised, and able to manage independent contract work
