Teacher Trainer Nursery

Role Overview: As a Teacher Trainer - Nursery at a top preschool brand with multiple preschools running across PAN India, your role will involve providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners. You will conduct Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training. Building a strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for training preschool Centres for India and International Markets, assisting in hiring franchise staff, ensuring academic excellence, and ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster levels. Your role will also involve measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops, or any other Parent Interactive sessions. You will conduct teacher workshops, provide teacher observation reports and feedback for class observation, collaborate in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules, undertake quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum, and coordinate with the special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions. Qualifications Required: - Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT - 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience Additional Company Details: Please note that this job opportunity requires travel across AP and Telangana and is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.
