Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher for Grades 11 and 12, located in Vadodara. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans, implementing teaching methodologies to enhance student performance, and providing tailored support to ensure academic growth. Duties also include conducting assessments, tracking progress, offering doubt-clearing sessions, and motivating students to achieve their potential. Teachers will play a crucial role in preparing students for board and competitive exams while encouraging confidence and a love for learning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies to create effective teaching strategies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Teaching and Training, especially for Grades 11 and 12
• Subject expertise in Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), English, or Social Science
• Ability to assess and track student progress effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred)
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential
