💡 Important: Although classes are streamed online, teachers must come to our office at Jadavpur (near 8B Bus Stand) to conduct the live sessions.
🎥 Content Creation: Teachers will also create motivational & educational videos for students.
🔍 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong subject knowledge
✔ Familiar with WB Board syllabus
✔ Confident teaching in front of the camera
✔ Good communication & presentation skills
✔ Teaching experience preferred
✔ Creative mindset for motivational videos
💼 Responsibilities:
Conduct live classes from the office studio
Prepare lesson plan, DPPs, tests & assignments
Make motivational video content for students
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions
Teach in a clear, concept-based manner
