Benzze Kids Play School, a proud sister concern of Dr. M.G.R. University, is seeking passionate and dedicated early childhood educators to join our nurturing and vibrant learning community.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning sessions using Montessori and play-based
• methods
• Guide children aged 2 to 5 years through early learning in a joyful environment
• Prepare learning materials and manage classroom activities
• Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being
• Maintain child observation reports and update parents regularly
• Support in organizing school events, celebration days, and excursions

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in playschool or pre-primary teaching (Mandatory)
• Diploma in Montessori / NTT / Early Childhood Education / B.Ed
• Strong communication in English; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage
• Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with small children
• Creative, organized, and team-oriented personality

Candidates residing near Mogappair or Anna Nagar are preferred.
