Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tea Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Tea Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing sales of tea products, building relationships with clients, conducting market research, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include visiting clients, attending trade shows, negotiating contracts, and maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tea or beverage industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Market research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region
  • Fluency in local language and understanding of the local market is a plus
