JOB ROLE-

Location- Gurugram.

Experience required: 6 To 8 yrs.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Troubeshooting end user issues remotely, Support Printer issues and meeting room issues

Must-Have

1. a strong Knowledge on managing end user issues

2. Manage Meeting room and Video conf issues remotely

3. Joiner and leaver management

4. Analyzing OS and patching

5. Triage & Coordinate with Service desk team

Good-to-Have

Intune experience.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1.

2 Support desktop engineering team where required 3 Manage Printers

4 • Managing issues with meeting room and conf room

5 Triage & Manage incidents for desktop related issues

6 Ensuring documentation and knowledge articles are accurate and maintained 10 Support desktop engineering team for Patching 11 Responsible for testing and deploying Win 10 Feature Updates

Mandatory Documents - 15 yrs full time and regular Education.

Note- Do not apply Freshers and EX TCSers.**
