Job Description

Role Overview: As a Tax Analyst, your role will involve analyzing and interpreting tax regulations to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining tax information and records, preparing tax returns, declarations, and other necessary reports accurately and within deadlines. Your expertise will be utilized to analyze tax laws and regulations, preparing technical reports on how they impact the organization's operations, and corresponding with external tax agencies and consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Review and support India/APAC tax compliances and other tax initiatives - Handle global tax compliances and coordinate with foreign tax consultants, particularly in the NAM and EMEA regions - Respond to notices and manage tax litigations - Conduct global transfer pricing studies for India, APAC, NAM, and EMEA regions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements - Experience in preparing tax returns and declarations - Excellent communication skills for correspondence with tax agencies and consultants,
