Job Description

Position Overview

Taxation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review
Income Tax computations
, including
Advance Tax

calculations
.
Strong practical knowledge of
ICDS
,
Deferred Tax
, and
Tax Audit requirements
.
Handle
GST compliance
: including preparation of working files, filing all returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.), and managing reconciliation.
Well-versed with the
GST Act
, with exposure to
ISD
,
IMS
, and
E-commerce transactions
.
Independently handle
TDS filings
, and ensure compliance with all relevant provisions of the
TDS law
.
Keep abreast of and ensure implementation of all
recent amendments
in Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
Experience with
DTAA
provisions and preparation of
Form 15CA/15CB
for foreign remittances.
Draft responses to
notices from tax authorities
, and manage tax assessments or inquiries.
Manage
statutory registrations and amendments
, such as PAN, TAN, GST, and other regulatory updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet
tight statutory deadlines
and ensure accurate tax reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:
CA Inter / CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
or equivalent.
Experience:
4-8 years
in a Taxation role, preferably within a mid to large-scale organization.
Strong knowledge of
Income Tax, GST, TDS
, and cross-border taxation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in
MS Excel
,
Tally
, and
ERP systems
(SAP preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
