Taxation Executive

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Accounts and Taxation Executive to join our professional services firm. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring accurate tax compliance, and providing support across all taxation services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Indian tax laws and possess strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and information for tax filings. Provide guidance to clients on tax planning and compliance. Handle client queries related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory matters. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with clients regarding deadlines and updates. Accounting & Taxation: Maintain and reconcile client accounts and financial records. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns on behalf of clients. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax computations. Keep track of deadlines and ensure all statutory compliances are met on time. Assist with tax audits, assessments, and notices from tax authorities. Qualifications and Skills: . Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter preferred). Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a tax consultancy or CA firm. Familiarity with government portals (GSTN, TRACES, Income Tax e-filing). Exposure to ROC filings or payroll compliance is a plus.
