Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell loan products (personal, home, vehicle, business loans) and insurance plans (life, health, general). Assess customer eligibility by reviewing income documents, credit scores, and other financial information. Guide clients through the loan/insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan and insurance products, interest rates, policies, and regulatory changes. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and encourage repeat business. Follow up with clients and financial institutions for timely disbursement, policy issuance, and document collection. Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management. Coordinate with internal departments and third-party agents for processing and verification. Ensure adherence to all legal, compliance, and company policies. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in sales, banking, loans, or insurance preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring accurate tax compliance, and providing support across all taxation services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Indian tax laws and possess strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and information for tax filings. Provide guidance to clients on tax planning and compliance. Handle client queries related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory matters. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with clients regarding deadlines and updates. Accounting & Taxation: Maintain and reconcile client accounts and financial records. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns on behalf of clients. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax computations. Keep track of deadlines and ensure all statutory compliances are met on time. Assist with tax audits, assessments, and notices from tax authorities. Qualifications and Skills: . Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter preferred). Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a tax consultancy or CA firm.
