Taxation Associate

Job Title: Taxation Associate (International Taxation)

Location: Mumbai

CTC- 8-15 LPA(Depending on experience)

We are looking for a Taxation Associate (International Taxation). The role involves conducting tax due diligence, supporting cross-border deal structuring, advising on tax-efficient acquisitions, and providing insights on regulatory and budgetary matters. Candidates should be CA-qualified (or finalists) with 3–5 years’ experience in international taxation and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tax due diligence of target companies across industries and identify tax risks.
• Assist in evaluating tax-efficient acquisition structures for domestic and international deals.
• Support tax diligence and structuring for acquisitions under IBC Law.
• Draft regulatory updates on SEBI, Companies Act, and FEMA matters.
• Prepare position papers on Income Tax provisions.
• Assist in finance budget insights from a tax perspective.
• Support international client acquisition and cross-border deal execution with strategic tax guidance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Finalist.
• 3–5 years’ experience in international taxation.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
