Responsibilities:
Perform manager level review on US tax returns for US tax returns for Not For Profit organization (990, 990PF, 990T)Monitor, document and apply any changes in tax rates, tax laws for US tax return preparation.Responsible for Quality Assurance for projects handled by the teamAbility to identify technical issues on the engagements and to present with the recommendations to the engagement teamsAbility to manage the large engagements and coach the team on technical conceptsActing as subject matter expert (Go To Person) and be a conduit for knowledge sharingActively participating and leading technical forums in partnership teamDevelop content and help conduct trainings for partnership teamAbility to identify gaps, coach, mentor and developing technical skills of team membersBuild professional relationship with the US engagement teamsLead the team and manage their performance, guide and coach the team members
Skills:
Strong accounting knowledge.Critical thinking and analytical skills.Aptitude for learning technology (proprietary tools).Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.A process improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset.Execute effectively in cross-cultural business settings.Experience working with an outsourcing work stream or in a shared service environment required.Strong proficiency with, MS Office suite.
