Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager at our Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad offices, you will be an essential part of the Private Client Service (PCS) Tax Practice. Your responsibilities will include delivering a comprehensive range of Partnership and Corporation tax services for PCS clients while ensuring compliance with US laws and regulations. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory services, tax planning and review, as well as overseeing tax returns and supporting workpapers in accordance with US Tax Laws. In addition to maintaining and managing client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, you will assist in service execution, expand service offerings, research and consult on technical tax matters, and propose effective solutions to identified tax issues. Collaborating with US counterparts using cutting-edge tools and electronic platforms, you will participate in end-to-end tax assignments, including planning, projections, and finalization. Your role will also involve mentoring, developing, and motivating Staff and Seniors, conducting training sessions on technical topics, and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, a minimum of 5+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience, and hold a CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent qualification. Experience working directly with clients and global counterparts, as well as prior experience with PCS clients and preparing 1065, 1120S, and 1120 forms, are essential requirements.
