Tax & Litigation Compliance Associate (CA Dropout)

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Tax & Litigation Compliance Associate (CA Dropout) with strong experience in Direct & Income Taxation and Litigation Compliances for a consulting firm based in Delhi. The ideal candidate would be a CA dropout/ Semi qualified CA with a solid track record in managing taxation, assessments, and regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Direct Tax and Income Tax compliances including preparation, filing, and review of returns.
• Assisting in litigation matters such as drafting replies to notices, appeals, and submissions before tax authorities.
• Managing assessments, audits, and departmental representations under Income Tax, and other relevant laws.
• Preparing and reviewing tax computations, reconciliations, and compliance reports.
• Keeping updated with changes in tax laws, rules, and notifications, and advising clients accordingly.
• Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for smooth execution of compliance matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA Dropout/ Semi qualified CA with 2-3 years of relevant experience in taxation or litigation compliances.
• Strong understanding of Direct Tax, Income Tax, TDS, and allied laws.
• Experience in drafting notices, appeals, submissions, and handling tax authorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tax software, and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
