Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

Delivering large projects/programs related to SAP implementations and transformations
Ability to understand key tax processes and translate those requirements into SAP
Work collaboratively with cross functional tax, advisory and assurance teams
Provide input into thought leadership
Build and mentor team members
Deliver quality work in alignment with key business metrics

To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelors degree in Information Systems and/or a master’s degree in Accounting, Tax Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science or related field and
Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional client-serving consulting skills
Demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize business requirements
Ability to lead a team, mentor counselees and manage client-serving business
Demonstrated ability to successfully sell and deliver large enterprise programs
Broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience implementing third-party direct or indirect tax systems (such as ONESOURCE, CorpTax, Vertex, Avalara, Longview, etc.)
Experience defining data and reporting needs for a tax department
ERP experience, including SAP and/or Oracle
Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects that impact tax (e.g., ERP implementations, tax co-sourcing engagements, finance transformations)
