Tax Analyst

• Report all purchase and sales contracts in Qatar to tax authorities, including contract copies.
• Regularly check the Dhareeba Qatar Tax portal for notices.
• Provide Withholding Tax (WHT) certificates from the Dhareeba Qatar Tax portal upon request.
• Assist in quarterly tax provision and related activities using OneSource Tax Provision.
• Help with USA tax compliance through ReturnQ.
• Assist with VAT returns in South Africa.
• Support assessment-related tax matters according to notices from tax authorities.
• Monitor monthly WHT, manage closing tax activities, and review tax locks before financial uploads.
• Supporting Kuwait Tax Audit & Assessment.
• Aid in tax reconciliation and compliance tracking.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of tax issues to support management inquiries as requested

Who You Are:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Tax or Audit Firm
• Experience in Tax Audit, Tax returns of Direct and Indirect Taxes
• Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision, Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
