Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tank Cleaning Site Supervisor located in Bangalore Urban. The Tank Cleaning Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tank cleaning operations, manage a team of workers, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Commercial Cleaning experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the facilities services industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or health
