Job Description

The Tandoori Chef is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic, high-quality Tandoori cuisine in the resort's kitchen. This role requires expertise in operating and maintaining a tandoor oven, mastering traditional Indian cooking techniques, and ensuring all dishes meet the resort's premium standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tandoor Operation and Cooking:
  • ​Prepare and cook a diverse menu of tandoori items, including various meats (chicken, lamb, fish), vegetables, and breads (Naan, Roti, Paratha) in the traditional clay oven.
  • ​Monitor and maintain the tandoor oven's temperature and cleanliness for optimal performance and safety.
  • ​Ensure proper grilling and roasting techniques are used to achieve the signature smoky flavor, texture, and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
