Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tandoori Chef, located in Saharsa. The Tandoori Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of tandoori dishes, including meats, breads, and kebabs. The role involves managing kitchen operations, ensuring ingredient quality and inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and collaborating with kitchen staff to provide consistent and high-quality culinary offerings. The chef will also develop new tandoori recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Qualifications

Culinary expertise in preparing and cooking tandoori dishes, including meats, breads, and kebabs
Experience in managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring ingredient quality
Recipe development skills and the ability to follow standard recipes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Formal culinary training or relevant certification in culinary arts is a plus
