Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Tandoor Commi. The Tandoor Commi will be responsible for preparing and cooking tandoor-based dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, assisting in daily kitchen operations, and ensuring the quality and presentation of food. The role also involves actively collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen services and adhering to best practices in food preparation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Strong understanding of Hygiene standards and kitchen safety practices
• Good Communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
• Ability to follow recipes and ensure high-quality presentation of dishes
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or tandoor station is a plus
• An educational background in culinary arts or related certifications is advantageous
