Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook tandoori items such as kebabs, breads (naan, roti), and specialty dishes.
Manage tandoor oven temperatures and cooking times efficiently.
Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques for all tandoor dishes.
Maintain consistent portioning and presentation standards.
Monitor stock levels and inform for requisitions.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of tandoor equipment.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely service.
Reduce wastage and ensure cost control in the section.
Follow kitchen safety rules and sanitation guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience in tandoor section.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and tandoor operations.
Ability to handle high-volume kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
