As a Tandem Support in our organization, your role involves providing technical assistance and resolving issues for users of our Tandem systems. Your contribution is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for Tandem systems - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Document support activities and resolutions for future reference - Train users on Tandem systems and best practices - Participate in the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades - Conduct periodic system audits to ensure optimal performance - Stay updated on Tandem system advancements and best practices - Adhere to service level agreements and response time targets - Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience in providing technical support for Tandem systems - Strong understanding of Tandem system architecture and functionality - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Certifications in Tandem systems or related technologies is a plus - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting support activities - Knowledge of ITIL best practices is preferred - Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required,
