Job Description

Tandem QA Specialist



Role: Tandem QA Specialist

Experience: 7- 12 Years

Location: Pune, Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days



Mandatory Skills: ATM-Switch , Base24, SmartVista




  • 7-15 years; strong experience on Authorization switches and products like BASE24, Connex.
  • Experience with Tandem (HP NonStop) systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong experience with BASE24 Classic or EPS, XPNET, and Tandem (HP NonStop) systems.
  • Familiarity with ATM/POS networks (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, NPCI, etc.).
  • Experience with EMV testing, chip card simulators, and transaction authorization simulators.
  • Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., HP QC, ALM)
  • Knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP.
  • Well conversant with test simulators like Finsim and / or Visa/MC test simulators
  • Good understanding of OLTP systems and financial transaction flows.
  • Strong understanding of ISO8583 and Visa / MC (Base I and Base II / IPM) specifications
