Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle inbound international calls from customers across various time zones (US/UK). Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions. Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field. Strong knowledge of Tamil language (written & spoken) for voice processing tasks. Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements. Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
