Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹42,000 per month

Candidate should have fluency in Tamil language.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with Tamil-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complaints and improve service delivery.
• Meet daily and weekly service performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Tele-calling / Client Service.
• Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR or Gurugram (Face-to-Face interview required).
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
