Job Description: Chat Support Executive (Tamil Speaking)
Location: Daksha Group Corporate Office, Alappuzha

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Range: 21–32 years
• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree with proficiency in computer applications
• Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Work Environment: This is an on-site role, not a work-from-home position
• Preferred Traits: Hardworking and smart individuals

Job Summary:
We are looking for Tamil-speaking candidates to join our team as Chat Support Executives. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and orders efficiently while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions via WhatsApp and other chat platforms, primarily in Tamil
• Handle the order-taking process with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer inquiries
• Maintain and update customer and order records systematically
• Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction
