About the role

As a Tamil Audio content producing intern , you will play a key role in developing and executing audio content formats unique to the platform. If you have creative writing and content production skill sets and performance driven and live to create audio content, this is your chance to contribute to an exciting platform and engage with a vibrant online tamil community.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Content Ideation & Curation:

• Identify unique audio content formats that can be created in collaboration with writers, voice artists and any creative talent for the Arré Voice Tamil community.

Media Management:

• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and create monthly performance reports. Handle A/B testing and optimize content based on metrics.

Content Production Support:

• Coordinate logistics for content production, manage creators, and oversee pre- and post-production tasks.

Community Engagement:

• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages. Develop interactive content like polls and Q&As to build community.

Content Strategy & Optimization:

• Contribute to content strategy, implement SEO and hashtag tactics, and stay updated on platform best practices.

Ideal Candidate will :

• Will have a love for audio and audio content
• Be a content creator himself/ herself - from radio to podcasts to writing for audio
• Fluent in written and spoken tamil
• Skills: Strong communication skills, and a deep interest in content and social media.
• Creativity & Initiative: Ability to think creatively and proactively
