Tally Trainer / Tally Faculty in Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

As a Tally Faculty:

• Train students and professionals in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime, GST, and accounting fundamentals
• Conduct classroom and practical sessions with real-time accounting scenarios
• Guide students on projects and support them through certification processes
• Stay up to date with changes in accounting practices and Tally updates

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or any commerce-related degree
• Certification in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime (with GST preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in teaching Tally and/or accounting
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to manage classroom and accounting responsibilities independently

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of current tax laws and compliance
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking

Compensation Structure:

Phase Duration CTC (Per Annum)

Phase I 6 Months (Probation) ₹2.10 Lakhs

Phase II Next 6 Months ₹2.50 Lakhs

Phase III Next 6 Months ₹2.80 Lakhs

Phase IV Next 6 Months ₹3.15 Lakhs
