Job Description

As a Talent Transformation Lead, your role will involve driving large-scale transformation initiatives focusing on culture, sales/pre-sales capability, and delivery team excellence. You will be responsible for designing and executing the Talent Transformation roadmap, leading Learning & Development programs, building partnerships with OEMs, and ensuring operational planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and execution of the Talent Transformation roadmap, focusing on culture transformation, sales/pre-sales transformation, and delivery team transformation. - Repurpose existing talent pools for future capabilities aligned with platforms, AI, and next-gen services. - Conceive and execute structured Learning & Development programs for capability building, including developing a training blueprint with certifications and vendor partnerships. - Build and manage relationships with OEM partners for capability building and engage with leads to align technical skill-building with business needs. - Define and manage transformation timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes, monitoring program progress and providing leadership updates. - Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to align transformation goals with business strategy, working closely with HR to maintain a clear separation between talent management and talent transformation. Qualifications & Experience: - 15+ years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Capability Transformation, preferably in IT services/consulting. - Proven expertise in large-scale transformation programs focusing on culture, sales enablement, and workforce capability. - Strong grounding in Learning & Development methodologies and experience working with external ecosystems and certification bodies. - Demonstrated ability to design and implement training/skill frameworks at scale, with an MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Strategic thinking to translate business goals into talent transformation initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across leadership levels. - Excellent program management skills in timelines, budgeting, and KPI tracking. - Deep understanding of future skills in platforms, AI, and digital capabilities. - Ability to work within a process ownership and execution separation model.,
