As a Talent Specialist Creator Growth, your role will involve identifying, recruiting, and supporting digital creators. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with talent, guiding their growth, and aligning them with brand, content, and platform opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify and onboard emerging and established influencers across various niches such as beauty, fashion, tech, gaming, lifestyle, and food. - Pitch exclusive talent roster to relevant brands and agencies, identifying partnership opportunities and developing compelling proposals. - Match influencers with relevant campaigns, oversee the campaign lifecycle, and track performance. - Lead negotiations for influencer fees, deliverables, and usage rights. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned influencers, build trust-based relationships, and provide guidance for their growth. - Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. - Proactively identify and resolve any issues during campaigns or in influencer relationships. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - 3+ years of proven experience in talent management, influencer relations, or a similar role in the digital marketing or entertainment industry in India. - Demonstrable network of relationships with influencers and key industry contacts. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram & YouTube and their influencer ecosystems. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Keen eye for talent and passion for supporting creative individuals. - Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, knowledge of other regional Indian languages is a plus.
