Job Description

As a Talent Service Delivery Coordinator at EY, you will be an integral part of the Talent Service & Delivery team, ensuring the smooth running of the contract and providing exceptional services to users of EY's Talent services. Your primary objective will be to support coordination of activities related to the delivery of EY Talent Services, working closely with vendors and the global team to manage processes and activities. Key Responsibilities: - Developing, designing, and distributing regular newsletters to stakeholders - Organizing content and speakers for network calls and ensuring necessary materials are prepared and distributed - Supporting call organization by agreeing on agendas, facilitating discussions, capturing outcomes, and following up on action items - Maintaining an internal action log, tracking task status, providing updates to leadership, and resolving open items - Managing stakeholder communication and engagement effectively - Monitoring and managing the escalation tracker, documenting action plans and progress - Assisting in creating an operations guide for Marigold and documenting existing processes - Providing project support as needed, including drafting processes and supporting process optimization efforts - Maintaining and updating the document repository accurately Knowledge and Skills Requirements: - Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction and call facilitation - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail - Familiarity with project management principles and tools for tracking progress - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant software applications - Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop solutions - Ability to collaborate within a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in documenting processes and creating operational guides for team efficiency Other Requirements: - Role will involve working across global time zones and aligning to UK standard hours - Some requirement for calls to be made outside of standard business hours Education: - Bachelor's Degree Experience: - Experience in service delivery, HR, or shared services environment is beneficial - Experience working for a multinational organization in a global team - Experience in coordination, administrative, or project management roles - Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and demonstrating customer centricity - Experience working with vendors or external providers Join EY in building a better working world by contributing to creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
