Role Overview

Talent Sourcer / Recruiter

You will work as a trusted extension of the client’s internal hiring team and will be directly involved in strategy discussions, intake meetings, market intelligence gathering, and hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Identification

  • Build strong pipelines for engineering, technical, and corporate roles.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
  • Conduct initial assessments and screen candidates for role and culture fit.
  • Maintain active talent pools and market maps.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Work directly with hiring managers, team leads, and internal TA partners.
  • Participate in intake calls, alignment meetings, and weekly talent syncs.
  • Provide data-driven updates on pipeline health and market insights.

Candidate Experience

  • Manage candidate communication end-to-end.
  • Ensure smooth interview coordination and follow-ups.
  • Deliver a world-class, professional candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Track activities through ATS/CRM systems.
  • Provide weekly dashboards on sourcing activity and progress.
  • Collaborate with SkillHawks leadership for process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (technical or non-technical).
  • Comfort sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management & follow-through mentality.
