Job Title: Talent Recruiter Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Relevant Industry) About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition within the construction and fit-out industry . The recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles , aligning with company standards and growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. Ensure all hiring processes are in line with the company’s grading structure. Build a strong employer brand and candidate pipeline for future needs. Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Demonstrate a proactive and learning-oriented approach to grow in the talent acquisition field. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction and interior fit-out industry . Proven experience handling recruitment for both blue and white-collar roles . Strong understanding of grading structures and compensation frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates who are open to work immediately or with short notice . Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
