We are expanding our sourcing and recruiting team in India to support a key global client. You will be a SkillHawks employee but embedded directly with the clients Talent Acquisition & Hiring teams. This is not an agency role . You will partner closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and leadership to help build high-quality talent pipelines. Role Overview As a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for technical and non-technical roles. Youll support full-cycle recruiting efforts, improve candidate experience, and contribute to a high-performance hiring ecosystem. You will work as a trusted extension of the client’s internal hiring team and will be directly involved in strategy discussions, intake meetings, market intelligence gathering, and hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Identification Build strong pipelines for engineering, technical, and corporate roles. Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.). Conduct initial assessments and screen candidates for role and culture fit. Maintain active talent pools and market maps. Stakeholder Partnership Work directly with hiring managers, team leads, and internal TA partners. Participate in intake calls, alignment meetings, and weekly talent syncs. Provide data-driven updates on pipeline health and market insights. Candidate Experience Manage candidate communication end-to-end. Ensure smooth interview coordination and follow-ups. Deliver a world-class, professional candidate experience. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Track activities through ATS/CRM systems. Provide weekly dashboards on sourcing activity and progress. Collaborate with SkillHawks leadership for process improvements. What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (technical or non-technical). Comfort sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Experience working with international clients is a plus. Strong stakeholder management & follow-through mentality. Who You Are A proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
