Talent Management @ Chtrbox Represent

The Talent Manager is responsible for managing, growing, and protecting the careers of creators, influencers, and artists. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role balances relationship management, commercial negotiations, strategic planning, and day-to-day execution to help talent build sustainable, long-term careers.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators/artists
• Manage day-to-day communication, schedules, and priorities
• Build and execute long-term career and growth strategies for talent
• Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships and commercial deals
• Ensure brand collaborations align with the creator’s image and goals
• Oversee campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (campaigns, legal, finance, PR)
• Manage contracts, usage rights, invoicing, and payments
• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms
• Represent talent and the company at meetings and industry events

What will come in handy:

• A minimum of 2-3 years managing influencers/creators/artists with a Talent Management Company or an Influencer Marketing Agency, or personally managing a creator or a film house.

• You’re a professional communicator with solid negotiation skills

• You’re persistent! If someone says no, you keep knocking (but with a creative / better approach, we hope!)

• You care. If your talent is facing an issue, you handle it - do what it takes to deliver delight.
