Who We Are: AfterMath Ventures is a new-age marketing agency that connects leading tech and gaming brands with youth audiences through culture-forward campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community IPs. Role Overview: We’re looking for a driven and creative Influencer Manager to help us build and scale impactful relationships with creators across India. You’ll work on high-energy campaigns, identify top-tier and emerging talent, and manage end-to-end influencer activations for some of the biggest names in gaming and tech. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard relevant gaming, tech, and lifestyle influencers Negotiate, contract, and manage influencer partnerships and deliverables Develop creative briefs and campaign ideas tailored to each creator Track and report on campaign performance and influencer ROI Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers Collaborate with strategy, content, and sales teams to execute brand campaigns What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in gaming/tech Strong understanding of the Indian content creator landscape Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Passion for gaming, pop culture, and emerging digital trends is a must Why Join Us?
