Job Overview Smart Food Safe is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Manager to lead the recruitment, development, and retention of tech talent. This role is critical in shaping our workforce to drive innovation and growth in the compliance technology space. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Develop and execute a robust recruitment strategy to attract top tech talent (developers, data scientists, QA engineers, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes. Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, hackathons, etc.).
