Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or related roles, with a strong focus on training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Skills: Proficiency in HR software and systems, strong project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of performance management systems, training methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and reward programs.
Certifications: Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
