Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Talent Management Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day tasks such as supporting employee engagement initiatives, aiding in training and development programs, assisting in performance management processes, contributing to succession planning efforts, and helping with overall talent management activities.

• Experience in Training & Development
• Understanding of Performance Management
• Knowledge of Succession Planning processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology) is a plus
